Refund policy
Return Policy:
• Ashley, Inc. will replace any damaged or non-working item. However, we require that the item is returned to us and reviewed by our staff prior to an issuance of a refund or replacement.
• A return or a claim for a return must occur within thirty (30) days of your purchase.
• Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item or an item of equal or lesser value.
• If you wish to receive a refund, the item must be in its original condition with tags.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to a return, except when returning a damaged or defective item.
• All returns must be arranged by phone prior to return shipping. Please call during hours of operation (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).
